• Lead the production and coordination of construction documents using Revit.
• Ensure drawings and specifications are complete, coordinated, and code‑compliant.
• Oversee BIM workflows and maintain organized, accurate project files.
Project Management & Coordination
• Manage consultant coordination, including structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and specialty consultants.
• Support project scheduling, staffing, and workload planning in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate and resolve code related issues with the local authority having jurisdiction.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Support the firm’s culture of professional growth, technical excellence, and shared responsibility.
• Interact with internal firm committees regarding management, technical, and design standards.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• 7–15 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily and mixed‑use projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating consultants.
• Strong working knowledge of building codes and construction documentation.
• Proven experience with podium‑style buildings as well as stand-alone retail.
• Experience with Revit (required in all project phases), AutoCAD – BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud – Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Bluebeam, SketchUp and Enscape.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment.
