Architectural Designer 3-5 Years' Experience

This position is for a full-time architectural designer on the path to licensure with three to five years of experience. We are looking for a creative, talented and team-oriented candidate to join our Philadelphia, Princeton or NYC office. You should be passionate about design, work well across multiple teams, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative and thoughtful solutions for a wide range of clients and project types.

Requirements and Skills:

• Passion for design excellence
• Strong design and conceptual development skills
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively on a project team
• Highly organized, with an eye for detail and ability to iterate design ideas
• Strong and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients
• A commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy
• Some experience with client interface preferred
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Fluency with REVIT, AUTOCAD and 3-D modeling programs and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• On path to licensure
• Legal working status in the United States
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• LEED accreditation or pursuing accreditation
