Architectural Designer

SLM Architecture P.C.| Design Solutions Inc. is seeking an Architectural Designer to work in our Mineola office. Candidates must have at least 3 years of full-time experience with multi-family residential, new construction and rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to daily design and/or technical development of projects in Revit.

Candidates must also be detail oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to receive and use constructive criticism. A team player who is willing to work with others and can work on projects alone. Review and institute change request as directed by the architect and managing partner. Must be dependable and can handle multiple projects at once efficiently and in a timely manner. Able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment supervised or independently.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture *Preferred Master’s degree

Residential experience

Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Revit

Must provide detailed samples of at least two projects (School projects are ok to provide)

Have knowledge of REVIT skills competent to perform all work required to producing contract drawings
