Revit Project Architect (Mid-Level)

SLM Architecture P.C.| Design Solutions Inc. is seeking a Revit project Architect (mid-level) to work in our Mineola, NY Office. Candidates must have at least 6 years of full-time experience with multi-family residential, new construction and rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to daily design and/or technical development of projects. From site preparation to building completion, project manager oversees elements of the design and construction processes.

Candidates must also be detail oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to receive and use constructive criticism. A team player who is willing to work with others and is able to work on projects alone. Can develop accurate and detailed submittal drawings (i.e. floor plans and elevations), review and institute change request as directed by the architect and managing partner. Must be dependable and can handle multiple projects at once efficiently and in a timely manner. Able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment supervised or independently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Residential experience

Minimum of 6 years’ experience

Must provide detailed samples of at least two projects

Some field experience is also required.

Have knowledge of REVIT skills competent to perform all Auto-Cad/Revit work required to producing contract drawings
