Project Architect (7-10 years’ experience) INDUSTRIAL MARKET

Located in Philadelphia, NYC or Princeton Office

We are looking for a creative, talented, and team-oriented project architect with expertise in industrial projects, leading small teams and building relationships with clients. Flexibility to learn other market typologies is desired. You should be passionate about design, collaborate well, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative, thoughtful, and technical solutions for a wide range of clients and project types.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong design and technical skills and a passion for design excellence
• Industrial and Workplace Market experience
• Ability to lead and manage project teams, multiple projects, project budgets, and workplans
• Strong experience with client interface, networking + relationship building
• Strong experience in organizing design and construction documentation
• Highly organized, with an eye for detail, strong technical and exterior detailing skills, and problem solving
• Technical leadership essential
• Strong and respectful verbal and written skills
• Experience and ability to lead internal project workflow, planning, and budgeting
• A commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Strong experience with REVIT, 3-D modeling and rendering programs and Adobe Creative Suite; AUTOCAD preferred in addition
• Legal working status in the United States
• Registered Architect
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully mentor other team members and build comradery
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Preferred:

• LEED or BREEAM accreditation
