Design Studio Director

Wadsworth Design Build is an architectural designer & home builder located in Southern Vermont. We offer services in all aspects of fine home building including; design, construction, and project management. Each Wadsworth home is uniquely and meticulously crafted from start to finish – a concept which we take great pride in.

The Design Studio Director oversees the pre- and post-construction design services on all Design/Build projects. Also required is the ability to effectively understand the design and construction process, relate and communicate closely with Team members from the Design and Engineering Services, Construction Operations, Suppliers, Subcontractors, across multiple projects. This individual through their activities will assist the team members in resolving project concerns, address design and regulatory requirements, develop and nurture current client relationships and expectations, and demonstrate the company’s superior ability in providing services to potential clients.
