Junior & Intermediate Architectural Designers

KGA is a thirty-one-year-old firm based in Chelsea with a wide array of projects, including commercial, institutional, multi-family residential, single-family residential, affordable housing, and temporary installations. Employees are given responsibility and experience in all aspects of Design, from Schematics to Construction Administration. We are seeking candidates who are up to the challenge.

Kossar + Garry Architects, LLP (KGA) is looking for talented and creative individuals to fill two Architectural Designer positions:
(1) Junior - 1-2 years of U.S. experience.
(1) Intermediate - Must of minimum 4 years U.S. experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch). Only applicants with Bachelors of Architecture or Master's of Architecture will be considered.
- Professional Revit Experience.
- Strong graphic skills required, including expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, verbally and in writing, with clients, consultants, and contractors, is essential.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are required.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
- Familiarity with NYC Zoning and Building Codes is a plus.
