Project Architect Project Manager

Job Description

Onion Flats Architecture is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a highly motivated Project Architect with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in residential, multi-family design and documentation.

This team member must be able to work both independently and on a team, have excellent communication and design skills, be knowledgeable of IBC/IRC codes & ADA guidelines, the ability to develop contract documents, and perform construction administration services.

Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office is required along with presentation level rendering skills.

Though not mandatory, the ideal candidate shall possess Passive House Designer or Consultant Certification, or have a working knowledge of WUFI Passive Energy Modeling software.
