SENIOR DRAFTSPERSON DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION
ABOUT GREAT WHITE
Great White is a neighborhood-focused restaurant group inspired by Australian café culture, serving thoughtful food and coffee in welcoming, design-forward spaces. Community is at the heart of what we do—from the way we host our guests to the way we partner with local brands, creatives, and organizations.
THE VISION FOR THE ROLE
Design is at the core of every Great White venue. As Senior Draftsperson, you are the engine of our in-house design studio—translating concepts into precise, buildable drawings and compelling 3D visuals.
You will draft and develop designs across AutoCAD and SketchUp, own the accuracy and organization of our drawing sets, and carry projects from early concept models through complete design documentation as we grow into new venues and markets.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?
You have a strong technical drafting background and produce documentation that consultants, contractors, and city plan-checkers can rely on without a second pass.
You are highly proficient in 2D drafting software, including AutoCAD and/or Revit, and 3D software, including SketchUp and/or Enscape. We are open to applicants who work in other comparable programs.
You are detail-obsessed, fast without being sloppy, able to manage several projects at once, and committed to keeping every sheet, schedule, and model organized, accurate, version-controlled, and ready to issue.
