Architectural Project Manager
ATEEQ Architecture & Design is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team in Miami.
We are an architecture and design firm specializing in high-end residential, restaurant, office, and commercial projects. As part of an architect-led design-build organization, our architecture team stays closely connected to how projects are actually constructed, giving our team greater exposure to constructability, coordination, and project delivery.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of architectural projects and lead them from design development through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
This is a hands-on role that combines project management, architectural production, technical coordination, and client communication. The right candidate should be equally comfortable managing a project schedule and consultant team, communicating directly with a client, coordinating with permitting agencies, and working in Revit to develop and complete a coordinated construction document set.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage architectural projects from design development through permitting and construction administration
• Produce architectural drawings, details, schedules, and construction documents in Revit
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and specialty consultants
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact with clients, consultants, and permitting agencies
• Lead the development and coordination of complete construction document sets
• Develop architectural details and resolve technical design issues
• Review drawings for quality, completeness, constructability, and consultant coordination
• Research and apply applicable building code, accessibility, life-safety, and permitting requirements
• Coordinate permit submissions and manage responses to municipal review comments through resolution
• Lead client, consultant, and project coordination meetings
• Manage architectural RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction administration
• Perform site visits and assist with the resolution of field conditions
• Direct and review work produced by junior architectural staff and interns while remaining actively involved in project production
• Identify project risks, missing information, and coordination issues early and drive them toward resolution
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
ATEEQ is a small, growing firm where team members have meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to every stage of a project.
You will work directly with firm leadership, clients, engineers, consultants, permitting agencies, and construction teams. You will have the opportunity to lead projects while remaining actively involved in the architecture and technical work.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a key project leader within the firm and take real ownership of the projects they manage.
