"Meraki" — a Greek word meaning to do something with soul, creativity, and love, leaving a piece of yourself in your work. That is not just our name; it is our promise to every client and every project we touch.
Founded in 2018, Meraki Architects, LLC is a design-driven firm built on the belief that exceptional architecture is born from genuine passion — not just technical proficiency. We are a boutique practice where your ideas matter, your voice is heard, and your fingerprints end up on every project we deliver.
Our portfolio is intentionally diverse and deeply meaningful: from intimate residential renovations that transform how families experience home, to awe-inspiring ecclesiastical spaces designed to uplift the human spirit, to far-reaching international work that has taken us all the way to American Samoa. No two projects are alike — and that is exactly how we like it.
We stay engaged and attentive from the very first sketch to the final walkthrough, treating each project as a personal commitment — not a transaction. If you share that commitment, we want to meet you.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Architectural Team Member who will work directly alongside the firm's principal — a hands-on, collaborative role where you will have real influence over design outcomes and client relationships. This is not a background role or a seat-filler position. You will be a core contributor to a growing firm with a culture that rewards initiative, creativity, and heart.
This role is designed to grow with the right person. As Meraki Architects continues to expand, there is clear opportunity for increased responsibility, leadership, and long‑term professional growth within the firm. We are invested in developing team members who want to build not just projects — but a career.
If you wake up thinking about architecture — if you sketch ideas in the margins of notebooks and find yourself analyzing every building you walk into — you are exactly who we are looking for.
