MDS/Miller Dyer Spears seeks a full-time marketing coordinator to support marketing and business development efforts. The successful candidate will have a passion for architecture, strong visualization skills, and an interest in visual and written storytelling. They will have a hand in proposal production, social media management, and award submissions. The marketing coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with Firm Leadership to pursue new work and share active and completed projects externally as a part of our PR strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordination of proposal production, including internal collaboration with Director of Marketing and business development team and external collaboration with consultants
- Writing, editing, and proofreading qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submissions
- Maintaining schedule of marketing deadlines and industry leads and project pursuits
- Organizing and managing digital marketing collateral including photography, project sheets, and PR content
- Create social media content and execute firm social media strategy
- Support website maintenance
- Graphic support for proposals, awards, active projects, and development of firm visual identity
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience, inclusive of internships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in architecture or architectural studies, or marketing or communications with an interest in architecture preferred
- Interest in sustainable and equitable design
- Ability to work well under deadlines
- Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
- Versatile computer skills: Adobe InDesign, Revit experience a plus
Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. Expected base salary range: $64,000-$74,000
