Architect (4 years experience minimum)

Who We Are:

Freyer Collaborative Architects, PLLC is a small architectural design firm located in Lower Manhattan (FIDI) with projects primarily in New York City, but also around the globe. Our focus is on Design, with the majority of our work being high end residential new construction and renovations, including lofts, apartments, townhouses and conversions. We design ground up as well as renovations. We also work in the hospitality field.

Who We Are Seeking:

Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in an office in the US. Applicant must have a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school. This position is for someone with a strong design sense who is detail oriented.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of working drawings and detailing is a must.
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphics programs are helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly and clearly to clients and design team, including the ability to hand sketch is important.
